Standard Mental Health First Aid

Service Description

The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18 years and over) how to provide initial support to adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. This is a 12hr course that is generally run over two consecutive days but can also be run on two split days or four 3hr sessions. Willow Training Centre offers public courses, with some set dates throughout the year, or can negotiate with an organisation to run a private course at either Willows facility in Huntingdale or at the business location if they have suitable facilities to accommodate the training needs.
